  371±0.05mm in length

  42.4±0.05mm in width

   36±0.05mm in height

Unmarked should refer to general tolerance standards;

3.Surface treatment:black hard-anodize;  Other treatment available including:coating,painting,baking,nickeling,chroming or plating.  

4.Need stainless steel helicoil;

5.Surface roughness is Ra1.6;

6.The product suface should have no burrs,scratch or scrape;and all sharp edge should be chamfered(chamfer tolerance is 0.1mm);unmarked chamfer is 0.5mm;

7.Machining requirement: 

         parallelity—0.05mm

         verticality—0.05mm

         flatness—0.05mm

         concentricity—0.01mm

          true position—0.02mm

8.The guide rails are devided into front rail and rear rail,the two are symmetrica

9.All dimention should be inspected by 3D-CMM;
